This special report was prepared for the Kroc Institute and the Fourth Freedom Forum by the Marketing and Research Group (MARG) Pvt. Ltd., of New Delhi, India, based on a study of the opinion of India’s educated elite about nuclear options. The issues addressed include whether India’s current policy is consonant with public opinion and possible options which India could consider.
